The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth aims to serve businesses and residents of Martin County, Indiana with the mission to promote, encourage, and assist in the growth and development of our communities.

Growing our economy is an important role of the Martin County Alliance, and we aim to bring new businesses to our communities as well as recruit additional workforce to fill new and existing job opportunities.
QUALITY OF PLACE
Providing residents with safe, welcoming communities that include ample amenities and opportunities for recreation is also part of our economic development duty. Downtowns are the backbone of these communities, and the Alliance is dedicated to helping bring life and business to its cities and towns.

| May 15, 2024 | Nonprofit Roundtable | There will be a meeting of representatives from around the county to discuss the nonprofits present in Martin County, allowing everyone to share the mission of their organizations. Scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Alliance Conference Room, reservations are not required. |
| May 29, 2024 | Job Fair | There will be a Job Fair held from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Bowling Manufacturing Building, 105 Park Street in Loogootee. This will be a great opportunity for area employers to connect with new graduates and job seekers! |
| Jun 27 & 28, 2024 | QuickBooks Workshop | The Alliance, in conjunction with Penny Tracker, LLC, will offer a QuickBooks Workshop from 9 – 3:30 p.m. The cost is $75 for both days and includes lunch and all class fees. Preregister by calling the office at 812-295-4800. Bring a laptop and get ready to master your business finances! |
