The Mayor's Office of Nighttime Economy (O.N.E) serves as the City of New Orleans liaison to the nightlife industry, community, and city agencies. As a city that is built to host, our office works to advocate for the Nighttime Cultural Economy and her culture bearers while serving as the primary resource for all New Orleanians to learn more about the city’s twenty four hour economy.
With nearly twenty million visitors annually, our status as a destination city generates over $350 million in revenue for the City of New Orleans. It is the duty of our staff to act as an advocate to the over 50,000 hospitality workers that live and work in the Crescent City.
By coordinating city services and programs that improve the quality of life for residents and visitors, our staff will provide relevant information for nightlife and hospitality business operators, workers, performers, and patrons. Continually working to solidify our status as the premier city for food, music, and community.
