Community Yard Sale

Find unique items to take home at the next Community Yard Sales

The event will be held at the City Center Front Green, conveniently located right by City Hall at 4970 City Hall Blvd. Shoppers browse through one-of-a-kind treasures to bring home! There is a wide selection of household items, clothing, crafts, and much more. This is a great opportunity to socialize with your neighbors and find something special to take home with you. All shoppers will enjoy free parking and admission.

Seller and food vendor information

Do you need to declutter your garage? Join our Community Yard Sale to clean up, socialize and earn extra cash. 

Seller fee: $20/space; $10/table.  Please pick up an application at either the George Mullen Activity Center (1602 Kramer Way) or Morgan Family Community Center (6207 W. Price Blvd.). Space is limited.  For more information, please call 941-429-PARK (7275).

Food vendors: Please complete the online application to apply to participate as a food vendor at Community Yard Sale. Submitting your application does not guarantee your participation. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by on of our Parks & Recreation staff members within 72-business hours after receiving your application.
