Help spread the word about City jobs

Last year, the City hosted its first citywide job fair with more than 700 job seekers attending, and it was a big success.

  • This spring, the City is hosting its second annual citywide job fair: It’s Worth Working Here.
  • The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 15, at the Tarrant County College South Campus, 5301 Campus Drive.

The Park and Recreation Department is also hiring for two positions, Camp Leaders ($15 per hour) and Literacy Support Specialist ($25 per hour). Both of these positions are open until April 18.

Check out the job fairs for these positions:

Camp Leader

  • April 22 and April 29, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Riverside Community Center, 3700 E. Belknap St.
  • May 20, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Como Community Center, 4660 Horne St.

Literacy Support Specialist

  • May 20, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Como Community Center, 4660 Horne St.

These positions will be filled separately from the citywide job fair on April 15.
