Eligibility:  
At least one year experience in current position as an employee that is on the pay scale for School-Based Administrators (NOT a building principal) or other schedule-C employees: APs, associate principals, DSA, DSS

Nominees are school-based support employees who:

Demonstrate outstanding leadership in the workplace and commitment to their field.
Strengthen and improve the FCPS working or learning environment through their work.
Contribute to one or more of the following Ignite Goals, in the FCPS Strategic Plan:
Student Success
Caring Culture
Premier Workforce
Resource Stewardship
