MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (April 15, 2020) – For the safety of motorists and crews working in the area, left turns will be prohibited at the State Road 37 intersection with Perry Road. Concrete barriers and construction equipment limit driver visibility in the area. The change will begin on or after Wednesday, April 15.

To access southbound S.R. 37 from Perry Road, motorists should turn right (northbound) on S.R. 37 and use the nearby crossover at Old SR 37 to make a U-Turn. Southbound S.R. 37 traffic is asked to make a safe U-turn at Cragen Road to access Perry Road.

Northbound S.R. 37 may still turn right onto Perry Road, and Perry Road may still turn right onto northbound S.R. 37.

A Perry Road overpass crossing S.R. 37 is scheduled to open this fall, connecting with Old S.R. 37 and the northeast side of the highway. When I-69 construction is completed in this area, local traffic will enter and exit the highway at the Henderson Ford Road or S.R. 144 interchanges. Perry Road will not connect with I-69.
