U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Little Rock and Jonesboro special agents arrested 13 people and rescued three victims following an underage sex trafficking operation in Northeast Arkansas Jan. 30, 2020.
