Update TrainLink Info: Update Request Form
Returning Users:
Skip to Learning Centers and sign in
Note: If you are a DHS (DCT/CO) employee, use your employee ID as your unique key. Do not request a new unique key.
NOTE: Delayed Processing/Holidays
These dates are upcoming state observed holidays, and requests will not be processed.
- Monday, January 20
- Monday, February 17
- Monday, May 26
- Thursday, June 19
Due to current volume of requests and available staff, requests are taking up to a week (seven business days) to fulfill.
What you can do:
- Use the Returning Users Lookup Unique Key link above and search your current and past email addresses to see if you already have a record. If so, use that ID, and if it needs updating, then submit an Update request. Typically, on updating, your ID and transcript remain intact, so you can use the ID immediately.
- Send only one request and avoid submitting additional or follow up emails until the week has elapsed. Duplicate requests only increase the volume and slow the process for everyone.
County Training Coordinators – Domain Changes
Attention County Training Coordinators! If your county is changing its employee email addresses, read here about how to make/request changes for TrainLink records.
TrainLink IDs
TrainLink IDs are used to log into Learning Centers below to access training and record to transcripts. As an individual, you will keep the same transcript throughout your career. If you change jobs, do not request a new ID, instead, request updates as needed to your information, such as changed email address, phone, address, or agency name. If you have forgotten your ID, use the lookup Unique Key link, or submit a request using the type Unique Key Reminder.
