This “Conversation with the Field” session provides an opportunity for practioners working in the field of deflection to discuss challenges deflection programs are facing in the current divisive climate, as well as possible solutions to specifically address diversity, equity, and racial disparities. This opportunity to ask questions of experts in the field and share your solutions with other practitioners will provide insight to enhance deflection initiatives across the field.
