Applying for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) offers multiple ways for you to apply for CFAP 2 to meet your business needs. Call Center Call 877-508-8364 to speak with a USDA employee ready to provide one-on-one support with the CFAP 2 application process. Apply Online Applications are completed, electronically signed, and submitted directly to your local Service Center through the CFAP 2 Application Portal. Electronic Document Sharing Producers also have the option of signing and sharing their CFAP 2 applications online when initiated by Service Center staff. CFAP 2 Application Generator and Payment Calculator Allows you to input information to estimate payments and populate the application form. Then, you can print, sign, and submit to the FSA office. Fill Out a Manual Form Download the application form, AD-3117, from farmers.gov/cfap to fill out and return to the FSA office. CFAP 2 acreage-based commodities use acreage and yield information provided by FSA. In these instances, work directly with your local FSA office or apply online through the CFAP 2 Application Portal. Our CFAP 2 Eligible Commodities Finder gives you payment rates and information for the commodities you grow or raise. This is a separate program from CFAP 1.
