Every year, the FAA has a short window for any eligible U.S. citizen to apply to become an air traffic control (ATC) specialist. To raise awareness for an upcoming application window (July 30–August 2, 2021), the FAA has launched a campaign to encourage more applications from women, minorities, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
