Why do we buy, what we buy? Some purchases are obvious such as needing to buy food. However, there are times where consumers take the time to decide between two items or two different brands. It’s important for business owners to understand what drives their customers to purchase or not purchase a product/service. Registration Policies:

Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made online via Paypal, or by cash, money order or credit card. Checks are NOT accepted. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above to discuss. Refunds are not given for non-attendance to registered workshops. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
