TDI adopts rule to eliminate some fees

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is adopting a rule to eliminate unnecessary fees and reduce regulatory requirements. The proposal eliminates some regulatory fees and would require a biographical affidavit form for foreign insurers only on request. Visit the TDI website for the adopted rule.
