Covid vaccine: Should BAME groups be prioritised?

Statistics from England show more people from black, Asian and minority ethnic groups are dying from coronavirus than those from white ethnic groups. So should they be prioritised when it comes to the wider vaccine roll out?

In England almost 21% of NHS staff are from ethnic minority backgrounds, even though they only make up about 14% of the population. 

Ten months into the coronavirus pandemic, how does this important but vulnerable group of key workers feel safe on the frontline?
