As temperatures dip lower, boaters and sportsmen might feel safe just wearing their waders, but the Coast Guard wants to remind you that waders alone will NOT save your life! Waders can fill with water and drag you down if you aren't wearing a Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Check out this video that demonstrates how dangerous not wearing the proper equipment can be.
