Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
discharge a firearm in a reckless manner resulting in property damage
NARRATIVE
On the above date and time, Officers responded to the Old Capitol Parking Ramp for a report of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers located
several subjects running from the scene and one subject suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Investigation into the matter determined this
defendant fired multiple shots from a firearm at two subjects. While firing, the defendant struck several vehicles and caused significant property damage
as well as endangered the lives of anyone in the area.
