That the Board approve the Governance Committee recommended changes to the Governance Manual regarding Minority Student Achievement Oversight Committee.

I move to amend the main motion by adding the following language to the members section A(8) One representative residing in the City of Fairfax nominated by a majority vote of the City of Fairfax School Board, and to make all technical and conforming changes necessary for the amendment. (KF/RSH)
