Solid Waste Tax (3.6%) added to solid waste disposal transactions. No tax on recycled wastes.
Recycle
Recyclables must be empty, clean, dry, and loose. No bagged items, plastic bags and wrap, Styrofoam, or shredded paper.
The following items are collected at no charge:
Plastic bottles, jugs, jars, and dairy tubs - no lids
Cardboard - flat
Paper - mail, magazines and catalogs, newspaper, office paper, phone books, paperboard boxes, etc.
Metal cans - no loose lids
Glass bottles and jars - no lids
