Solar Energy grants provide competitive funding to install solar at public buildings and facilities, such as schools, hospitals, civic buildings and wastewater treatment plants. These grants cut energy costs, reduce pollution and showcase solar projects in communities across the state. This program is now included in the Clean Energy Grant Programs funding opportunities available for tribes, Community Decarbonization Gratns, and a general solicitation for clean energy projects. The three solicitations will be the primary opportunity to apply for these funds in the 2023-2025 biennium.
