terrible app. you have to log in every time you open. no way to keep yourself logged in. also if you iwiha hunt, you have to go through the entire process of signing in, selecting country and location to even see if the spot is open to hunt. finally, the app crashes and says something went wrong. call this phone number to sign in. then you call them,they have to try signing you in only to find out that spot is already taken. what a waste of time and resources. very ineffective

This app is so incredibly slow; it's pretty much useless. They charge $6 in fees, so you'd think KS could put out a decent product. Nope. I've been trying to renew my fishing license for over 30 mins. When I FINALLY got to the checkout page, "Oops! An error has occurred." Edit: well, maybe it's not the app and just the horrible state website. One hour later and I was finally able to make this simple purchase. (Tried Android, iPad, and website)

App is absolute trash. Nothing works correctly. You will be completely frustrated with anything you try to do. You have to sign in at least 3 times every time you open the app. If you try to buy a permit it's a nightmare. If you ever actually get it to your cart, the checkout button won't work so you can't ever complete the purchase. The app gives you the option to add an image from your library for harvest reporting or take a picture in the app but upload does not actually work. Could go on..
