Eligible child care staff at licensed facilities in Kansas are getting a bonus.

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly announced yesterday that 53-million-dollars in Child Care Workforce Appreciation bonuses will be distributed to more than 22-thousand early childhood care staff around the state.

Bonus amounts will range from 750-dollars to 25-hundred-dollars per person.
