Hiring and Supporting Neurodivergent Workers: Strategies for Success

Join EARN on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 2-3:30 p.m. ET for the webinar “Hiring and Supporting Neurodivergent Workers: Strategies for Success.” Learn about the benefits of neurodiversity at work and strategies employers can use to attract and retain this often untapped talent pool.

Neurodivergent people represent at least 20% of the adult population and come from every background. With more than 11.5 million current job openings in the U.S., employers need to create and maintain inclusive workplaces to attract top talent.

During this webinar, participants will hear from Rebecca Beam, Founder and CEO at Zavikon; Diane Delaney, Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader, People with Diverse Abilities at IBM; Haley Moss, Attorney and Neurodiversity Expert; and Bruce Soltys, Vice President of University Relations and Leadership Development Programs and Human Resources at Travelers. Topics will include:
  • Benefits of neurodiversity at work for employers and employees;
  • Ways to normalize and de-stigmatize neurodivergence in the workplace;
  • Strategies for hiring and retaining neurodivergent employees and ensuring their success and advancement in the workplace;
  • Strategies to implement effective accommodations for neurodivergent employees; and
  • Examples of successful neurodiversity employment initiatives that span various industries.
