App looks nice! Unfortunately it does not open any bins. On the plus side, the inability to open the bin is contributing to it staying very clean and looking new. So that's nice. App shows a bin as available and nearby, and I can click 'unlock bin' as many times as I like, but nothing ever happens. Has so far opened 0% of the bins I've tried.

1st) Customer service is dog$***. They got back to me with suggestions of doing the same thing I had already been doing, checking my Bluetooth, reinstalling the app, etc. It's a good thing I read these reviews bc I feel better knowing I'm not the only one with the problems. At first, the bins would open. I had a Samsung and then I switched to a Pixel 6a. The early days with my pixel, the app would work. Now, nothing. I've even tried opening the app in different locations... nothing.

Does NOT work for my Android OS. I stand on the corner in front of a bin (I've tried more than one) and the app shows that the bin (not me) is in the center median of the street, so it thinks I'm not in front of the bin, and won't unlock. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Works perfectly fine for my neighbor with an iPhone. Customer support gives vague answers as everyone is saying in these reviews. Fix app for Android OS or allow "old-school" card option that is not glitchy. Ridiculous.
