Therapy Services: Per-Beneficiary CY 2023 Threshold Amounts

The CY 2023 KX modifier threshold amounts are:

  • $2,230 for physical therapy and speech-language pathology services combined
  • $2,230 for occupational therapy services 

Get the 2023 Therapy Code List and Dispositions, which indicates whether codes are sometimes or always therapy services.

Federally Qualified Health Center Prospective Payment System: CY 2023 Pricer

Based on data through June 2022, the CY 2023 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) prospective payment system base payment rate is $187.19; 3.9% higher than 2022. Find your geographic adjustment factor.

Shared Savings Program & Community-Based Organization Collaboration Webinar — February 14

Tuesday, February 14 from 4–5 pm ET

The Shared Savings Program, in partnership with the Administration for Community Living and the Administration for Children and Families, will discuss opportunities for Medicare providers to coordinate with community-based organizations to holistically address patient social needs. The Shared Savings Program will offer Advance Investment Payments starting in 2024, which can be used to support this work and promote coordinated, high-quality care.
