Location

The exhibit hall at the 2024 Community Connections Conference will be in Hall E on the first floor of the Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404.

Deadline

The deadline was extended to midnight Jan. 15, 2024. Missed the deadline? Sign up to be notified about next year.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee you an exhibit space. You will need to be approved and assigned a booth.

We sent out notices to approved exhibits in January. Booth numbers and next steps are usually ready a week or two before the event.

We will also notify you if we are unable to confirm a physical booth space for your exhibit, virtual options may be available for some exhibits.

What's included in an exhibit space

  • A 10-foot by 10-foot floor space
  • A table and two chairs
  • A table skirt
  • Lunch
  • Listing in the conference's online program

Include any special requests you have on your exhibitor registration form.

What's not included in an exhibit space

  • Electricity
  • Wi-fi for non City of Minneapolis employee devices
  • We do not provide bottled water. Instead, exhibitors are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles.
