Chesterbrook - Parent Input for Class Placement 2024-2025
Requests that include specific teacher names will not be shared in placement meetings, therefore are not able to be considered.  These requests are deleted. If you have multiple children and would like to share information for each, please use a new form for each child.

If you are noting any ongoing conflicts amongst peers, please know these concerns should have already been brought to the attention of the classroom teacher and administration so they can be addressed. If you have not shared an initial concern about a peer, you will need to do that through a phone call or email, not this form. 

All input must be entered by May 4th to be considered for initial placement of homerooms for 1st through 6th grades. Homeroom class placements are provided during teacher work week just prior to open house.

Kindergarten placements will be collected through the summer. Classes for Kinder are not made until early August after teachers meet with all children for pre-assessments.
