If you have an issue with a financial institution regulated by DFI, you can file a complaint with us.

We will investigate the complaint and work with you and the financial institution to resolve it if possible.

File a Complaint Against:

Banks and Trust Companies
For state-chartered banks or trust companies.
Credit Unions
For state-chartered credit unions.
Loans
For mortgages, consumer loans, or student education loans.
Payday Lenders
For payday loan providers.
Escrow Companies
For escrow companies or officers.
Money Transmitters
For money transmitters or currency exchangers.
Securities and Investments
For securities, franchises, or investment advisers.
