To begin the inquiry process and to learn more about options to become licensed for foster care, follow the steps below.

	I am seeking general foster care/adoption information and would like a Foster Adopt Minnesota staff to reach out
	I am interested in connecting with a county and/or licensing agency directly
	Check here if you are an enrolled member, affiliated with, or have a connection with a Native American tribe or Native American nation

If you live on a reservation, you must be licensed by that Tribe or Nations licensing agency. Or if you live near the reservation or have a strong connection to a Tribe or Nation, you may be able to be licensed by their licensing agency.

If you are interested in becoming licensed by your identified tribe or nation, please check the box associated with the appropriate tribe or nation and your information will be sent to them.
