Pedaling a bicycle can create some of childhood’s happiest memories. This year for Bike to School Day on May 8th, Minnesota Safe Routes to School is holding our sixth annual Bike to School Day Poster Contest. Sponsored by the Minnesota Safe Routes to School and Bicycle Alliance of MN the Poster Contest asks participants to design a poster that shows how they feel when they ride a bicycle.

Teachers interested in the poster contest can download lesson plans to support instruction for their classrooms (K-3 lesson plan PDF or 4th-8th lesson plan PDF).

Poster contest winners will receive a bicycle related prize pack from Bike MN’s webstore thanks to our sponsor who’s helping us making biking and walk easy and fun across Minnesota.

2023 Bike to School Day Poster Contest Winners Announced!

Pedaling a bicycle can create some of childhood’s happiest moments and we love to see what students in Minnesota feel when riding a bicycle with our seventh annual Bike to School Day Poster Contest. This year’s winners will be receiving their own bike themed prize packs care of Quality Bicycle Products that include a camelbak, helmet, lock, bell and multi-tool.
