All new PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center) client vendor applicants are encouraged to attend our Orientation Class as the first step in understanding our services and how we can assist in your local, state and federal government contracting efforts. You are invited to acquaint yourself with the State of Minnesota, Department of Administration’s PTAC services and resources offered to assist your small business with successfully entering into the government marketplace.

Our Government Procurement Specialists and Vendor Specialists can assist you with registrations such as SAM, DSBS, Fedbiz Opps, SWIFT, etc. Come and learn how to get registered in appropriate databases (SAM, SWIFT), how you can obtain certifications for socially and economically-disadvantaged small business programs (Women, Minority, Veteran, Disabled), a general overview of terms and acronyms, and other government-procurement subjects.
