Eligibility: At least one year experience an an employee that is paid on a Schedule-B pay scale or other non-instructional specialty pay scale

Including: non-instructional employees at a school such as SBTS, Instructional Coaches, Social Worker, Psychologist, etc.

Nominees are professionals who:

Exhibit superior instructional skills
Interact exceptionally well with students
Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate and engage with faculty, staff, parents and the community
Contribute to one or more of the following Ignite Goals, in the FCPS Strategic Plan:
Student Success
Caring Culture
Premier Workforce
Resource Stewardship
