As a Realty Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
Leads and participates in project teams for complex leasing/realty projects. Projects will attract national attention due to their size, scope, and/or complexity. Performs long-range comprehensive project planning to ensure all realty issues are soundly researched and resolved. Exercises responsibility for the administration and management of projects, including project planning, requirements development, programming, budgeting, execution, and close out. Manages and/or participates in leasing programs and projects that further the strategic direction of the Office of Leasing. Measures program success. Develops and maintains requirements, policy, and guidance for these programs, tools, and systems. Serves as a contact, business line representative and authority on national lease acquisition programs, policies, systems, and tools. Provides training to regional and national staff, customer agencies, and stakeholders. Addresses stakeholder issues. Responds to program, project, and policy questions and issues. Recommends and develops lease acquisition program, policy, and processes changes, as appropriate. Understands and monitors lease acquisition programs, processes, systems, and tools to provide guidance and recommendations for process and program improvements.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $76,687 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
To qualify, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the full range of real estate programs related to the leasing of real property, space management, lease administration and project management.
You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
