As a Project Manager, you will oversee the project management of complex building and/or leasing projects from project identification, through initiation, planning, execution and closeout stages.
Location of position: Public Building Service, Property Management Division, Baltimore Field Office.

The GS-11 salary range starts at $72,030.00 per year.
The GS-12 salary range starts at $86,335.00 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify for the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is utilizing project management practices and tools to manage or assist with construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment. This experience must include:

Have 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. This education provided you the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position OR
Have a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
To qualify for the GS-12 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is utilizing project management practices and tools to simultaneously manage multiple construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment. This experience must include:
