GS-09: Applies qualitative and/or quantitative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. With guidance, serves as a point of contact on procedural matters only for internal and external stakeholders and provides timely and quality responses to support Office of Fleet Management goals and objectives.
GS-11: Coordinates implementation of new or improved business process or systems solutions. Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and provides timely and quality responses to support Office of Fleet Management goals and objectives, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. Provides training on Office of Fleet management processes and projects as assigned.
GS-12: Conducts cost and efficiency studies dealing with Fleet Management and determines what information is required and collects information from a variety of sources for studies.

The GS-9 salary range starts at $58,672 per year. The GS-11 salary range starts at $70,987 per year. The GS-12 salary range starts at 85,084 per year.
To qualify for the GS-09, you must have one year of federal experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience using analytical and evaluative techniques; utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis; and assisting in conducting research and assisting in gathering statistical data. OR Possess a master's or equivalent level degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B. or JD. OR Have a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
To qualify for the GS-11, you have must one year of federal experience equivalent to the GS-09 level. Examples may include planning and organizing several separate studies to review an Office`s program, administrative and budget operations and activities, and providing direction and guidance to others. OR Possess 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education or PH.D or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Posses a combination of graduate level education beyond the first 2 years of progressive graduate study and appropriate experience that together meets the qualifications for this position.
To qualify at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher. Specialized experience is work involving the identification and analyses of program data and comparing it to regulations, policy, procedures or other program criteria; and experience in performing reviews in accordance with the standards for Federal audits.
