All are welcome to the Herndon Pyramid Art Show Opening Reception on April 5, 6:00pm-8:00pm, at the Herndon United Methodist Church, 701 Bennett Street in Herndon. Select student artwork from the Herndon pyramid schools, including Herndon Elementary, will be on display through Friday, April 26. More information can be found here.
SAVE the DATES! Students in grades 3-6 will be taking their SOLs (Standards of Learning Test) beginning May 7. A good night's sleep, breakfast, and being to school on time will help the students relax. Also, please try not to schedule appointments the day of testing.

Register for the Family Summit at Marshall High School on Saturday, April 20. The summit is designed for all families and will focus on providing social-emotional resources for topics such as raising resilient children and making meaningful connections. Also, resources will be available online for families of students with disabilities.

Register now for FCPS summer camps, including Tech Adventure Camp for current grade K-5 students, Elementary Institute for the Arts (EIFTA) for current grade 2-5 students, Institute for the Arts (IFTA) for current grade 6-11 students, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Academy for current grade 6-11 students.
Students have unlimited access to online tutoring support services through Tutor.com at no cost to families. Students can connect online any time, any place, and in most K-12 subjects for however long they need. Tutoring may be on-demand or scheduled at a time convenient for the student and/or family.
