The GS-15 salary range starts at $148,484 per year .
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
All candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing advice and expertise on program and policy matters concerning lease project management programs to optimize value through effective customer mission support and sound financial management in an organization which provides customer account management, space acquisition, leasing and lease administration services. Such experience must demonstrate leadership in strategic planning, operations, management, business development and service delivery.
