Local Transport Plan
A local transport plan (LTP) is a document created by councils to outline their plans for managing, maintaining, and developing the transport system in their area. Before we begin preparing a new plan for the future of transport in Central Bedfordshire, we want to hear from you. At this stage we want to know how you move around, what you think and feel about that, and what you think our priorities should be.

Local Nature Recovery Strategy
We are working with Bedfordshire Local Nature Partnership, Luton Borough Council and Bedford Borough Council along with a range of other partners to develop a Local Nature Recovery Strategy. We are currently gathering information to develop the draft strategy. We will then consult on the draft later this year, with the final strategy published in Spring 2025.
