Was the world cup rigged? How do conflicts at school affect you? In this episode, we listen as Abdul recaps the World Cup. Then, we head over to listen to our first "Hawk Talk", a new segment where kids discuss issues on their minds. Episode 4: Newcomers & Kids Deciding Their Futures
What is it like transitioning from middle school in one country to another? In this episode, we interview students new to our country to find out how they felt making this massive change and what they like about our school. Then, we tackle the idea of kids deciding their own futures. A student wrote in to us, "These days, many parents always want their children to be only doctors, or engineers, but they don't care about their kid's dreams. I'd like to fix that, but I am alone and I have nobody to speak for me." Well, we're here to raise your voice and help you speak! In this episode, we interview students to ask them what THEY think about that, what THEY want to be when they grow up, and if that matches what their parents want...

Episode 3: The Truth about Disabilities
This week, we take an unstructured approach to the podcast. Our students talk candidly about what it's like to have a mental or physical disability. We appreciate and are so proud of their respectful discourse and vulnerability.
Episode 2: Books, Cafe & Trivia
In this episode, Drisha interviews librarian Jen Blaco for her book recommendations. Our cafeteria gets a shout-out with a highlight from John H., Alex, and Ian. Then, Will and Abdul close us out with an interview our principal, Ms Barnes, and a long-standing staff member, Mr. Perez, about Holmes Trivia.
Episode 1: Introducing the Holmes Hawk Herald
In this week's inaugural episode, we introduce the show and tell you about buzzing bus stops in the UK. How do you get involved? Listen until the end to find out!
