The five-member Port of Tacoma commission sets policy and strategic direction, and authorizes all major expenditures. The commission holds regular public meetings at noon on the third Tuesday of every month, and the first Thursday in the months of February, May, September and November at the Fabulich Center, 3600 Port of Tacoma Road, Room 104. Dates and times are subject to change. Meetings are streamed live online and archived for later viewing (see links below).
