Senate Bill 100 Analytical Framework Workshop

The California Energy Commission (CEC), California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) will conduct a joint workshop to present and discuss the analytical framework for the Senate Bill 100 (SB 100) Joint Agency Report. This framework will be used to analyze pathways to achieving the SB 100 targets of 100 percent clean electricity by 2045. The results of the modeling effort and pathway tradeoffs will be assessed in the 2025 SB 100 Joint Agency Report. A quorum of commissioners or members from the CEC, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) may participate, but no votes will be taken.
