This questionnaire about the March 2-3, 2020 tornadoes in Middle Tennessee was conducted in April 2021 to examine tornado stress exposure, forecast and warning information sources, barriers for receiving warning information, protective actions, and tornado recovery challenges and resources from diverse racial/ethnic groups and socioeconomic groups.
