Eligibility: At least one year experience an an employee that is paid on a Schedule-A pay scale or Classroom Instructional Support Scale employee

Including: Office Staff, Custodial Staff, Food Service Staff, IA, PHTA, parent liaisons, etc.

Nominees are professionals who:

Exhibit superior instructional skills
Interact exceptionally well with students
Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate and engage with faculty, staff, parents and the community
Contribute to one or more of the following Ignite Goals, in the FCPS Strategic Plan:
