The GS -14 salary range starts at $127,187 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience managing, coordinating, and implementing programs and executing policies, regulations, and procedures related to the day-to-day operations of a commercial office building including the following building programs: maintenance and operations; building services and building services contracts; environmental compliance; energy conservation; and life safety.
