As a Program Analyst, you will serve an expert in the areas of project management, acquisition, and telecommunications.
Location of position: GSA, Federal Acquisition Service, Information Technology Category, Office of Telecommunication Services, in Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Philadelphia, PA; Fort Worth, TX; or Auburn, WA.

GSA’s Office of Information Technology Category (ITC) provides access to private sector IT & telecommunications solutions for federal, state & local government agencies. ITC works with federal agencies, OMB & industry to create common solutions for IT services, hardware, software, telecommunications, cyber security, & identity management. 98% of federal agencies use ITC solutions. ITC works with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy & the Office of the Federal Chief Information Office to develop & implement acquisition and technology initiatives such as strategic sourcing, category management, cloud, cyber, enterprise licensing agreements for software, desktop configurations & data center optimization. ITC plays a unique role in supporting agencies with acquisition & technical expertise to make better buying decisions reduce duplication & improve mission results. The GS-13 salary range starts at $78,681-102,288 per year. Salary range is at the base level, locality pay will be determined upon selection.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience accomplishing IT project assignments. This experience must include implementation planning in areas such as; project planning in acquisition, IT and/or Telecommunication, interpreting guidance regarding policies, procedures and directives; conducting functional evaluation and testing of acquistion, projects, and/or business proceses to ensure they meet organizational requirements; providing feedback to technical staff regarding issues; and providing feedback to management regarding status of assigned programs/projects.
