As a Realty Specialist, you will assist in the following functions: acquisition, real estate administration and/or federal space management.

The Leasing Division is responsible for the administration and implementation of the space acquisition process in leased facilities.

The GS-09 salary range starts at $55,738.00 per year.
To qualify, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-7, OR master's or equivalent graduate degree, OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
Specialized experience is defined as assisting with performing procurement transactions by researching, interpreting and applying standard real estate or procurement laws, regulations, and practices. This experience must demonstrate performing the following tasks:

The GS-11 salary range starts at $67,437.00 per year.
To qualify, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-9, Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.M., if related
Specialized experience is defined as assisting with performing real estate transactions for commercial office space by researching, interpreting and applying real estate laws, regulations, and practices. This experience must demonstrate the following:

The GS-12 salary range starts at $80,830.00 per year.
