A joint effort to improve stormwater quality, mitigate flooding, improve ecological systems and enhance recreational opportunities in Northeast Minneapolis, as part of the Northeast Stormwater Management Initiative. Partners include the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO), MPRB and the City of Minneapolis.
