CWD Response Plan Review Committee Meeting - Oct. 1, 2021
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has formed a committee made up of stakeholder organizations, tribal partners and other governmental organizations to conduct the second of three five-year reviews of the state’s 15-year chronic wasting disease (CWD) response plan. Over the course of upcoming meetings, the committee will develop and provide input on the plan’s implementation and actions to consider as it completes this second five-year review. A panel of technical experts will attend meetings to support the committee’s work. All meetings will be open to the public, and recordings will be posted to the DNR website. More information on chronic wasting disease is available by visiting the DNR webpage here: https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/wildl.... For more information on the DNR’s CWD response plan, visit the webpage here: https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/Wildl....
