Mothers Uncovered run creative peer support groups for mothers. We are now providing online sessions for mothers of children with SEND. Look out for our SEND groups on our social media and website. The groups provide mums with a chance to explore their feelings and experiences creatively alongside others going through similar joys and challenges. The online SEND groups are open to mothers from any area. We also run lots of different groups open to all mums with or without a child with SEND.
What we do:
- At Mothers uncovered we provide facilitated creative peer support groups for mums and we are now able to offer specific sessions for mothers of children with SEND. Sessions are led by two facilitators that are also parent carers themselves.
- Online peer support sessions for mothers of children with additional needs. The groups provide mums with a chance to explore their feelings and experiences creatively alongside others parenting in the SEND world.
- Sessions are low cost/ free.
