If not prior to the pandemic, most businesses have now started to embrace digital technology and marketing as the only means to communicate with their customers and promote their products and services.  With the array of digital tools and social media platforms available, businesses often ask which ones should be implemented first, when will I see results and how can my company develop a meaningful digital marketing strategy with limited resources?  Answers to these questions will be discussed as well as allowing time for addressing your specific issues.

  • Digital Marketing Hour:  Creating a Facebook GROUP for Your Business - Why should you consider creating a Facebook GROUP for your business is you already have a Business Page?  Realistically, you need both. Your Page serves as a touchpoint for users at all stages of the digital sales funnel while your GROUP is a hub where valuable conversations flourish between brands and customers, and among customers themselves. We will discuss how to create a Group, its key features and tips for fostering an engaging community.
