Where's My Refund?

Be sure to use the same information from your return:

• Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Exact refund amount

If you have filed a return, you can check the status of your refund using our Where's My Refund? system.

The system shows where in the process your refund is. When ready, you will see the date your refund was sent. Every return we receive is different, so processing time will vary.

• Mailing a paper return
• Not choosing Direct Deposit
• Errors on your return
• Returns identified for additional review

Information is updated overnight, Monday through Friday. The information in Where's my Refund? is the same information available to our phone representatives when you call.

Note: If you filed a paper return for a current year Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) or Renter's Property Tax Refund, your return information will not be available until July.
